Good afternoon, Barracuda families.  Please see below and attached the volunteer roster for tomorrow evening's meet vs Marlin Club at Riverfront Swim Club.  Arrival time for everyone is 5:00pm (Set up volunteers arrive at 4:45pm).  Barracuda warm up is at 5:15pm and the meet will begin promptly at 6:00pm.

We are monitoring the weather.  The current forecast is partly cloudy with temps in the low 80s and a 15% to 25% chance of storms. If we have to postpone, per the WTSA bylaws, the makeup date is Thursday, July 9^th with the same time schedule.  Please note that, according to Riverfront Swim Club rules, if thunder is heard, we must pause the meet and exit the pool facility until 30 minutes has passed since the last audible thunder. If that occurs, the league reps from both teams will convene and make a decision as quickly as possible about whether to wait, postpone, or conclude the meet. The meet can only be concluded after the 1st heat of Event 34. If the meet is postponed after the start, but prior to the 1^st heat of Event 34, we will re-start the meet at next event/heat following the last event/heat completed prior to the postponement, whether on Wednesday evening or Thursday evening.
