Good afternoon Team Barracuda families.  Please see the attached volunteer list for tomorrow's meet vs the Sharks from Nansemond Swim Club.  Please note arrival times.  We're also posting this on the website and the Facebook page.  

Swimmer arrival time is 8:00am.  Team Barracuda warm-ups are at 8:15am.

Since this is our first home meet, please be aware of the following:

• The playground and parking lots are off limits before and during the meet. Once checked in, swimmers are not to leave the fenced pool area unless they are accompanied by an adult or are leaving the meet.
• Please park in the lots closest to the swim club and the playground, or on the street (either River Club Drive or Sports Club Run). It is possible that the golf course might allow some limited overflow parking, but that will be a “game time” decision.
  
• Please set up in or around the gazebo, the grassy area outside the gazebo, or behind the "turn end" of the pool.  The area immediately to the right as you enter (near the slide and mushroom fountain) is reserved for the visiting team.  The far side of the pool is reserved for the Team Barracuda bullpen, as well as coaches and officials.  
• Concessions will be open for the entirety of the meet, to include Chick Fil A biscuits, watermelon, and other favorites. They accept cash and Venmo.  All proceeds benefit Team Barracuda.
  

The weather forecast is perfect with clear and sunny skies, a 0% chance of rain, and temps in the high 70s/low 80s during the morning.
