Good evening, Barracuda Families, 

We had an excellent first meet on Saturday!  You all should be proud!  The final score was Nansemond 328, Barracuda 261.  While we did not take home a win, we saw some excellent swims and personal accomplishments.  We did see several DQs on Saturday which we will be working on in practice.  The meet results are attached, and ribbons will be handed out at practice. 

Thank you to those who RSVP'd; it helps tremendously when prepping for the meet.  We only had 51 out of 75 swimmers on Saturday.  Numbers matter!  Swimming is not just an individual sport; we compete as a team as well. 

A huge shout out to all the parent volunteers on Saturday!! As you can tell, meets can NOT happen without your support and assistance.  MUCH APPRECIATED!! 

Our next meet is Saturday, June 21st at home against Tsunami Swim Club.  Please RSVP by Wednesday, June 18th.
